Similar experience to Michael and Melissa in the other reviews here. Originally had great communication and we did a site visit and I was very excited to work with him and then he ghosted me. I understand that things can get very busy, but a simple text and response that will get back to me later or that he'll be extra busy for the next month would have at least been something better than zero communication at all. Adam and team are great to work with. As a vendor who has worked with their team I can say Bigfoot NW as a whole is professional, communicative, detail oriented, and simply good honest people. These guys have it together. I would trust them any day with my home remodel after seeing them work.
Recommended to me by two different friends. On-time, under-budget, and every worker was friendly and approachable. Relieved I went with them for my modest garage repairs.
Similar experience to Melissa in the reviews here with Adam. We had multiple calls with him regarding our project and a final in-home meeting for him to make final measurements to tighten up the bid he had given us for a bathroom remodel. When he was leaving our home, He stated he was looking forward to the job and would get back to us in a couple days with the final project bid. We never heard from him again.
