If I could give Adam and his team at Bigfoot NW Construction 100 stars, I would. Bigfoot NW is a team of the kindest, most talented, amazing people we've ever worked with. We were left in the lurch halfway through a complete basement remodel by a previous contractor. I have to shout out Bigfoot Northwest Construction. We just completed another glass installation, and working with them is a pleasure. Projects are always beautiful and well constructed, the process is well managed, and the homeowners love their finished spaces. Thank you for including us as part of your amazing team!
Bigfoot was the BEST! We hired them for a total kitchen/living room remodel. They stuck with us through a years long horrific county permitting nightmare and worked with us on a very tight budget. They were professional, kind and fun to work with. Their craftmanship is incredible and all the folks that they contract with were great. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Adam, Mitch, Ash and Brandon! We love our new space!
Similar experience to Michael and Melissa in the other reviews here. Originally had great communication and we did a site visit and I was very excited to work with him and then he ghosted me. I understand that things can get very busy, but a simple text and response that will get back to me later or that he'll be extra busy for the next month would have at least been something better than zero communication at all. Adam and team are great to work with. As a vendor who has worked with their team I can say Bigfoot NW as a whole is professional, communicative, detail oriented, and simply good honest people. These guys have it together. I would trust them any day with my home remodel after seeing them work.
