So far our experience has been fanominal. We were assigned Bigfoot through our home owners warranty. They called us and got us an appointment the next day. The technician was so kind, listened to our concerns and was very empathetic. We are still trying to figure out a solution because the company who installed our heat pump (not Bigfoot) left us with a huge mess. Highly recommend this company.
The technician did a great job finding the problem and fixing mistakes done by repair people from other HVAC companies. And I look forward to hearing back as to solutions to our particular problem with our system.
