On Sunday morning October 12th at 810 my husband and I stopped by for coffee and a smoothie.After waiting 6 minutes with NO other cars in line i asked the barista ( black hair with purple/ burgundy highlights, glasses) how much longer It was going to be; her reply was this isnt McDonald's maybe you should've went there if you're in a hurry. Guess ill have to find a new coffee spot for Sunday mornings!
Big Foot Java is the best
My Girlfriend and I had the pleasure of being serviced my the Federal Way Assistant Manager! They were kindest person ever and got our drinks perfect. I’ve experienced lackluster customer service from other Bigfoot locations so having this amazing customer experience and conversation made our day! I’ve never been more pleased with a coffee shop than today! I hope they get their recognition.
