Good spot to stop to grab you something to warm you up or kool you off what Eva floats your boat and good service too ok 👍👍👍👍
Very rude and unprofessional barista! ( Adeline ) my mother came in for a drink and said no whip twice before this lady made the drink. She then proceeded to still add whip and take it off with the lid / stired it and gave her the drink back. When my mom asked for it to be remade she rudely said “I can’t remake it unless you want to be charged again” if you’re working in the customer service industry you can’t pick and choose who to have a good attitude with.
Too expensive for the size of drinking to get and no rewards unless ordered online and pick this up if using Uber or DoorDash you do not receive any incentive for buying their expensive drinks
Have not had a bad experience at any of the bigfoot java locations. Drive up, order your drink of choice, pay (by card only, no cash) and off you go. My drink of choice is...24 ounce iced mocha 2 extra shots, no whip, no drizzle.
You got 3 people, 2 windows. 1 person working while the other 2 chitchat. 20min wait per drink as the only serve 1 window at a time. And you'd probably remember no Whip if you actually made a drink start to finish instead of goofing off. Im all for waiting a bit. I've worked coffee. But I would have fired those ladies so fast. Never going here ever again. Awful service. I didnt realise I was going to a hangout, not a coffee stand.
