WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE RUDE ESPECIALLY EMMA. NEVER AGAIN!!1st, they NEVER answer the phone. This morning I ordered 2 Americana's and they were so disgustingly sweet no one could drink it. Imagine so sweet it actually makes you vomit. Yep I did. Well, and again the order was awful. The girl Emma, was absolutely rude and argued with me. She was Horrible. I will NEVER order again.

I usually am not one to write reviews but I am pleasantly blown away. The customer service that I received this morning was amazing, I think she said her name was Emily or Emma? Everytime I go to get coffee especially while traveling I’m always so nervous of if I’m going to like it or not especially when paying a decent price. She made sure to ask exactly how I wanted it (I have a complex order) and even asked me to try it before I left to make sure I was okay with it and offered to remake it if I didn’t like it so that I le... read more

I decided to go on a late night Big foot java run on 10/11 around 11pm and the Barista left me in shock because of how RUDE her customer service was. I asked for my drink and she gave it to me WRONG so I mentioned if she can add in what she forget and she processed to say “ No you didn’t ask for it” in a rude tone. Then She takes the drink back puts the tinyist swirl of drizzle and then I repeat I want it around the cup and she SLAMS the drive thru window and has the straightest face and says absolutely nothing.
