They accept cash but only give you your change in a gift card. Don't understand how that is legal. They also do not accept any coins. If you can't give me cash back how are they tipping the baristas? Do the baristas also only get gift cards?
We just tried to order 2 coffees sooo looking forward to this site. They dont take change and they dont give money back. Total was 16. 23 cents and we had the 16 and she says sorry I cant help you.
Customer service here is the worst. whoever was working on the night of July 6 at around 11:30 had a stank attitude and i came again tonight at 10:12 (july 8) and happened to have had her take my order again, i told her 5 times what i wanted to order and she just couldn't hear me which is fine, politely say "can you repeat that for me please" i wouldve gladly done so but she just threw her hands up and said "i cant hear you" with an annoyed tone. My favorite place to get redbulls 😣, tried other coffe shops but I always end up going back to big foot. Gets busy but the staff is always nice.
Coffee is coffee. So taste is okay, watered down, but the problem was in the customer service. No line, just us. 4 baristas, one who took the order asked what we wanted and then turned right around and walked away talking to the others. Finally took the order, waited, started making it and then passed it down to someone else as they just stood talking to the others.
