I called this morning cause they were referred to me by the previous homeowner. The heat wasn’t working and I did not know I had to be a member. I have a 2 yr old and 3 month old in the household and the lady on duty today on 12/14/25 said nothing I can do until tomorrow and hung up the phone , super rude and she didn’t even attempt to assist in anyway. I've used Bigelow Plumbing twice now and I've had issues each time. I'll look elsewhere in the future. The first time they came out they damaged the floor in the basement (gashed a hole in the flooring with something very heavy) and ripped the front of the cabinet off in the upstairs bathroom (one of the guys leaned on the door and popped the whole panel off - I watched it happen). Bryan gave me some money off for the damages and I accepted the resolution. This last time he gave me an estimate over the phone to repair a leak... read more

I have hired Bigelow for multiple jobs. Good plumber/team in the area that you can trust. The price they charge is reasonable. Highly recommended for sure!
