Very poor service! Would never recommend any one to buy a golf cart through Darren the owner. He is very unprofessional and has no means of wanting to trying to make things right very poor customer service
I have to give BigDawg a 5 star review!!!! On July 22, 2022 I pulled up at the business 15 minutes before closing time and missed the owner, He had already left and locked everything up. So I then decided to try to call his number and let him know that I was there any needing to buy trailer and if there was anyway we could make that happen even after he had left. Recently purchased an Icon EV from them. The owner had excellent product knowledge and offered a very fair deal on the unit with extra add-ons. He’s also been very helpful with any questions I’ve had after the purchase. Highly recommend! We love our Icon!
