BigCentric had a discontinued refrigerator I was looking to buy. Their fantastic employee Steve Yi assisted me with coordinating my own shipping arrangements. He went above and beyond to make the purchase happen quickly and ensure the refrigerator would be in the store when the shipping company arrived. He even made sure I had the correct dimensions to pass along. This experience has been the type of customer service that has me wish I found these guys sooner!
Anyone shopping for new appliances, check out Big Centric Appliances. I was able to purchase a washer on Monday -they delivered it Tuesday. Set it up with Free hoses and Free removal. Big Box stores charge you for each item. Plus the experience was very pleasant. They were very prompt. Set everything up, Removed all the trash. I highly recommend them!!

The best part about Big Centric is that you can trust that they have the best prices and do not need to shop around. We have gone to Big Centric since moving to Delaware 15 years ago. We have bought washer/dryer, refrigerator, and just recently a GE cafe wall oven & microwave. COME HERE IT WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE! I went to 7 places and I can’t say enough that Rob and Jessica were the best. I went to all the competitors and hands down this was the best. I shopped National appliance, Home Depot, Lowe’s and more. No one same close to customer service and pricing!
