I am a returning customer of BigCentric Appliances. I love that they have various models and brands to choose from. Their customer service is superb. Jae and Steve were affable, knowledgeable and professional. The actual brick and mortar business itself came recommended from a trusted contractor. They seemed well stocked and able to show examples of the range and microwave we wanted to purchase. All in all we are very pleased.
We bought an LG refrigerator and matching microwave. Robert was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were looking at a different microwave but Robert told us about the rebates we get when buying the matching microwave. Compared to Lowes pricing, we saved a lot of money and essentially got a free microwave. We haven't taken delivery yet. Assuming delivery goes well, we are very happy with Big Centric.
BigCentric had a discontinued refrigerator I was looking to buy. Their fantastic employee Steve Yi assisted me with coordinating my own shipping arrangements. He went above and beyond to make the purchase happen quickly and ensure the refrigerator would be in the store when the shipping company arrived. He even made sure I had the correct dimensions to pass along. This experience has been the type of customer service that has me wish I found these guys sooner!
Anyone shopping for new appliances, check out Big Centric Appliances. I was able to purchase a washer on Monday -they delivered it Tuesday. Set it up with Free hoses and Free removal. Big Box stores charge you for each item. Plus the experience was very pleasant. They were very prompt. Set everything up, Removed all the trash. I highly recommend them!!
