I purchased an oven, refrigerator, built-in microwave, and dishwasher during their holiday sale at an amazing price. The kind and helpful service from the owner and the great promotions made my decision easy. They even gave us better deals than Home Depot and Lowe's! The products are excellent, and the overall experience was fantastic. I’ll definitely return for future purchases!

The best part about Big Centric is that you can trust that they have the best prices and do not need to shop around. We have gone to Big Centric since moving to Delaware 15 years ago. We have bought washer/dryer, refrigerator, and just recently a GE cafe wall oven & microwave. In all of our experiences over the years their prices have consistently been 30-50% less than the manufacturers MSRP and 10-15% less (sometimes more) than other competitors / big box stores. I have been buying appliances for my home and rental properties at Big Centric for a few years now. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Their prices are reasonable and they carry all major brands. I will continue to buy appliances at Big Centric.

The staff is friendly and helpful. We've purchased multiple appliances over years and have always gotten exactly what we wanted. When we got a lemon of a dishwasher from GE, they even offered help us get through the warranty process.
