BigCentric provided us with an excellent kitchen appliance package deal for our vacation home back in 2023, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Fast forward a few years to now, and they recently went above and beyond to help us resolve a service issue. I went there to look for new kitchen appliances, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The staff was rude, and I was told I needed an appointment. I had called ahead to ask whether the models I wanted to see were in stock and was told they were, but when I arrived, they weren’t. Instead, I was told to go see them at National Appliance Warehouse and then come back because they would price match. That struck me as very unprofessional. The experience was exceptional from the start to the finish. I found the store to be inviting and the staff very friendly and helpful. I was provided with all the information needed to make my purchase decision. The price was $900+ less than the competition and the product was immediately available. The delivery was setup with a long term partnering company, Greenhow Trucking and they delivered on time and setup very professionally.
