I'd recommend BigCentric Appliance to my friends and family. Like most of us, I only purchase home appliances once in a while, but when I do, I research both online and in person. A few weeks ago, I walked into this store well prepared with what I wanted. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices were the best in town. It was an easy decision to go with them for me. On top of that, they provided clear and well-organized email and verbal reminders about the rebate program. BigThanks to BigCentric!
I had to call multiple times in order to receive my refund. I was told they don’t keep card info on file but the manager had already processed it. Turns out he didn’t I had to follow up several times. Don’t expect the sales guys to be helpful over the phone. If you know what you want, it is a fine place to do business. Delivery was very was but they contract that out.
