We had a great experience at BigCentric Appliance Store. Robert, our salesperson, was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The products we were interested in were available on display, which made it much easier to see and compare everything in person. The experience was exceptional from the start to the finish. I found the store to be inviting and the staff very friendly and helpful. I was provided with all the information needed to make my purchase decision. The price was $900+ less than the competition and the product was immediately available. I'd recommend BigCentric Appliance to my friends and family. Like most of us, I only purchase home appliances once in a while, but when I do, I research both online and in person. A few weeks ago, I walked into this store well prepared with what I wanted. They were knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices were the best in town. COME HERE IT WAS GREAT EXPERIENCE! I went to 7 places and I can’t say enough that Rob and Jessica were the best. I went to all the competitors and hands down this was the best. I shopped National appliance, Home Depot, Lowe’s and more. No one same close to customer service and pricing!
