SAFETY CONCERN : If pool safety is high on your family's holiday priority i highly suggest that you reconsider staying at this caravan park. The reason i am giving a 1 star rating on this BIG4 park is that this evening when attending a family gathering near the pool an 81 year old lady lent against one of the pool fencing panels and almost completely fell into the garden.It was only that other family members were in close proximity to prevent this from happening.As a responsible adult i went to the front office to get the af... read more

Amazing place to stay staff are extremely helpful and understanding easily the best place when it comes to the staff in particular the office lady. I found myself in a bit of a situation and she made every thing so effortless and as stress free as it could be thanks BIG 4 your amazing
