VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! This is a SCAM! If I can rate zero stars I would! on there websites they posted $99 + hst for houses under 2,000 SQ/FT but they ended up charging me $275 and said $99 is just to take the air compressor to blow the dust up from the vents, which leaves the whole house dusted. Also they mentioned they would arrive around 12 -4 but didn’t show up till 6pm.
Scheduled them for an appointment. Was given a 3-5pm window. Called multiple times to check in the ETA. No response. At 5:45pm (45 mins after the window ended) was told that we are running late and must wait an extra 50-55 mins . No thank you - cancelled my appointment. Be professional and punctual - basics of customer service.
I don't know how there are so many fake reviews. I called them and asked for quote for duct cleaning, they gave me quote as package. I agreed and when the people came may be from third party they asked for more money. When I called the company again they didn't not answer. So BE AWARE.
They charged me an extra $ 100 for a used humidifier filter, after that I had to bring a technician to see the furnace when my furnace had never failed and He explain me all the unprofesional things of that company and why the cleaning mees with my furnace. When I contacted them they just said that they are not responsible for anything. I have pictures of the chat when I send the proof.
They clean one by one each vent very professional highly recommended
