No Longer A Big Zs Fan - New Management is Terrible! I have been taking my children to Big Zs for over 3 years. They recently went through a shift in management and have had TERRIBLE changes made. The family-friendly, local community atmosphere is gone - replaced by stingy, uncaring management who could care less about you or your child's entertainment and satisfaction. Pizza and salad bar are ok. The arcade is pointless, most of the games don't work or work properly. Save your money.
This is essentially a poor mans version of Chuck E Cheeses, but the price is right and there is a decent selection of arcade machines for kids to play on.
Unless you like your pizza to have some sort of orange sludge resting on top of what was supposed to be cheese. I would not recommend this place. On top of the bad pizza, the video games were a disgrace. Not only were they outdated by about 10-15 years, but half of them were out of order or did not work properly.
