No Longer A Big Zs Fan - New Management is Terrible! I have been taking my children to Big Zs for over 3 years. They recently went through a shift in management and have had TERRIBLE changes made. The family-friendly, local community atmosphere is gone - replaced by stingy, uncaring management who could care less about you or your child's entertainment and satisfaction. Big z take your kids best place to be It was really fun to be there where you feel safe because there's no alchohal so there's no crazy people.the best thing about big z is that its unique.you don't see great places like this. Big Z has big fun but big price! I have to love this place because they hold fundraisers to support local community events and it is a great place for kids and teenagers to hang out, however it seems really expensive considering the menu is pizza based-it can be an expensive meal out if you take all the kids-but stop by to play the games machines and grab a snack

Overcharged me on food, when I questioned the cashier about this and I was told that they automatically charge 18% gratuity on everything. So this means that the total charge of my pizza and tokens had the 18% gratuity plus the tax. Definitely, better off going to Toppers or just pick up pizza at Little Caesar's and get a movie at Red Box instead since many of the games at Big Z's are broken.
