I usually shop at this Big Y because it's my teenage daughter's favorite store. Unfortunately, my experience today, around 6:00–7:00 p.m., was very disappointing. I picked up a package of bamboo paper towels that was clearly marked $5.99 on the shelf. I did not see any $17.99 price displayed anywhere in that section.
