Ever since Hannaford gave the reigns to Big Y, their pharmacy department has become a disaster. From lazy customer service to just not answering their phone, it's almost impossible to get something ordered and filled correctly. New staff is terrible, do something about it.
Friendly staff and helpful. They took away the main bestseller and magazine section which I'm not happy about. Plus prices are still worse than market basket with a lot of items. But the shopping experience is still better than a lot of other places.
