They apparently have some monopoly or deal with my Dr's office and therefore I have no choice but to use them for my scripts despite the Fact I live far from Ludlow and it's inconvenient. Pharmacist Patricia and techs are rude and not friendly at all. On one occasion when I was picking up a prescription, I noticed how they spoke to a man rudely and sent him away because he was missing a paper. The pharmacist should be more kind and should treat individuals with respect. We are only there to pick up prescriptions and it seems like we are a bother.
I love my pharmacy ladies the chicken salad grinders ! And then of course my cannolis on the way out haha yummy
