They don't put different strengths in a bottle, put another patient's meds in my bag, don't tell me meds aren't covered when they are. They are very unlike the huge chain that did all this to me. They always get it right and pull my meds before I even get to the counter.

Originally had our script sent to CVS. They told us to come back in 15 minutes as they were prepping it. When we went back, they told us that they are out of stock, and no other CVS pharmacies have it either. Sam and John at the Big Y Pharmacy went above and beyond to fix CVS's mistake. Not only did they reach out to CVS and get the script transferred, they did it without any prior notice and less than an hour before closing.
