I changed my pharmacy to Big Y from C.V.S about 2 years ago. I'm so grateful I did. The staff go above and beyond to help an issues that come up. Whether it be getting ahold of insurance companies, getting pre-authorizations from doctors, side effect info, or questions about generics. The staff is always so friendly and get to know you. Also very knowledgeable about any question I've ever had. I highly recommend switching to them!!
I needed a specific eye drop for my glaucoma which the Danielson pharmacy didn't have. Nicole who was on duty tracked down these drops for me during and extremely busy Saturday. Thank you Big Y Pharmacy and Nicole for your time on a crazy busy Saturday!
