James and crew demoed and rebuilt the concrete steps and banister rails at the front of our house including installation of integrated lighting in each step. James has high standards as did everyone we met on his crew. At the beginning of the project he said something to the effect of "we won't leave until you are happy" and this is how he operates. I have a couple of other projects that I'm hoping to give to Big Works, also.
Big Works recently demolished a rotting deck and built a beautiful new one. We highly recommend this company. They really cleaned up and cleared all demo materials. The new construction work is top-notch, and James is helpful with design ideas and economical options. All-in-all, we are 100% delighted working with this company. You’ll get personal service.
James and his team installed a deck for us and the entire process was amazing! They were so incredibly fast, efficient and thorough. Our deck looks amazing and we could not recommend James and his team more!
