Great gym. Shirts off and sweat. Equipment is perfect. Just had a weekend pass and when I'm in Charleston again I'll be back here.
Excellent spot. Lots of pro equipment for powerlifters and Olympic lifters alike. Very friendly/welcoming staff!
Hands down the best gym in Charleston - great atmosphere, amazing staff, and old school equipment. We were in town for a few days, and Dani and the team made us feel right at home. Everyone from staff to members had great attitude and were there to get a good workout in. If you want a hardcore, effective, no frills workout (and like System of a Down and Pearl Jam 😄), look no further.
After speaking with Pell on the phone she was able to help me tremendously in finding a new home gym. She even gave me a free day to try out their equipment and see what I think of the facility before committing to their gym. Wonderful to talk on the phone with and very professional.
