My husband and I stopped by yesterday to get a quote on repairs for my son BMW 328i. First of all we stopped by and the front door sign says “open” but the door was locked. So I started to go around the back, and as I was leaving the front, a gentleman came and unlocked the front door, not pleasant at all, barely spoke. Very professional service!
I had been looking for an alternative for repairs other than the well known foreign car shops and decided to give Big Will a try. The service was great and my repairs were all completed saving me a bunch of additional fees and high hourly service rates. Big Will provided updates on my repair and the vehicle was ready to go in about 24 hours. I will be using Big Will again. I even was able to buy my own parts which helped save even more. Job well done and reasonably priced for the work I had done.
It was the worst experience that I have ever had dealing with any type of shop. I do not recommend at all. I personally was trying to patronize black owned business. Don’t I’m definitely going to contact the Better Business Bureau. his job was to only put spark plugs in my Mercedes-Benz 350 GL K. When I left the lot, my check engine light was on and my car was chuck chuck chuck chuck chuck down the road.
