Had a pickup order for a side of fries and a brownie skillet and it was supposed to be ready by 8pm. I’m currently sitting here 20 min later after they have marked the order as complete on their end while I’m still waiting on my food. Service is absolutely awful crazy that French fries and a brownie take over 30 minutes to make.
First timers at this Big Whiskeys, and it was fantastic! Brittany took such good care of us, excellent waitress! Ask for her, she made us feel like we were at home. The food was perfect and came out hot and fast too. Recommend to anyone looking for a good place to eat in Lebanon.
The atmosphere was great and our waiter was even greater! Kuadam did an awesome job waiting on our large group! We will definitely return!
Kuadam was AWESOME!! Best server we have ever had a BW! Will be trying to get him from now on! Food was great!
