Jennalee was awesome she was very helpful and prompt
Had high hopes for our first visit. Arrived at 12:40 and club sandwich and BBQ bacon burger arrived 45 minutes later. Had to ask a passing server for water refill. Received ticket with our card ready to pay and Had to wait another 5 to 7 minutes for server to grab that. Food would have gotten a 4 if the fries were not room temp.
My experience at big Whiskeys last night was absolutely unacceptable. There was a dog eating food directly off the bar where customers are served. That is a serious health and sanitation issue, and there is no excuse for allowing it to happen. I will be filing a complaint with the health department because this is not something that should ever be ignored. I ordered boomboom shrimp the first time I went and it was great but then the second time I went it was spicy and I asked if I could get it without that part like the time before and she said no problem however I swear she just brought back the same food because it tasted the exact same and nothing else I get is ever the same the second time around either. They let dogs in when they should be ordered to set on the patio with animals because it's just not sanitary especially when they are on tabletops. And it takes forever to... read more
Update:7/15/2026 Dana H. was our server and she was NOT Very GOOD! Service was Bad! We didn't get Any refills and she was rarely there. And, she didn't charge us correctly! Three times she had to go back until she finally came back with the bill and unbeknownst to us, it was still WRONG! We paid the bill and now I have a call into the Management because she used my Big Whiskey money that I got with points and didn't put it back on my account!
