Horrible unprofessionalism. My experince just comes from the lack of attention given to the customer. Whenever I call I hold for atleast 5 minutes with the phone just ringing. I have been hung up on and if I do get someone's attention it is never a positive experience.
Big Wheel Bikes was very disappointing! The customer service was horrific: the staff was rude and didn't know much about bikes. They are more interested in making a sale than providing guidance and helping you understand the options. Also, the prices are very high; the salesperson attempted to sell me a bike for $100 more than other stores. I had a bad feeling when I walked in to Big Wheel; I felt worse when I left. Don't waste your time here!
Rip-off, plus salespeople are rude. My friend and I rented road bikes from Big Wheel Bikes in Arlington. After riding for only 20 minutes, my friend's bike got a flat tire. We walked back to the shop, where the salesperson accused my friend of causing the flat by ?riding recklessly?. Not only was this completely rude and uncalled-for (flat tires are not uncommon under normal riding conditions!), it was also a ridiculous accusation -- we were riding slowly on a paved trail that Big Wheel Bikes had recommended to us!
