Richard and all the people that work there are great. I purchased a bike that after riding it a day I decided it wasn't right for me.. Richard was kind enough to exchange the bike for one that suited my needs better., fitted the new bike and made modifications to it to make it a comfortable bike to ride
Their bikes are amazing! I doubt at first with the price, because it is so affordable, thinking that it might not be of high quality. But I was wrong!
I have done business with Big Wheel since 2001, that is when I got my first mountian bike, after that I got another bike for the road cause I do long distance bike tours and needed a distance road bike. Tony and is wife Sandy are always helpfull, nice people with a strong family unit - yes they get busy but when I have a question or need something, I just ask. its the placed i stopped in at so the people could give me pointerd on biking from theri shop to different bike shops and nice places from fort lauderdale to key west. They hooked me up with connections, freestuff good people fun times
