I come from downtown Miami but I would not change bike shops,freaking amazing customer service! bought my Scott voltage and fell in love with it thanks to Richard for being on point with the customer service & attention! I moved to the Sunny Isles area back in June in 2014. When I came into the store for the first time and all of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I met the store manager, Nick, who then invited me on some morning group rides. From that point forward I went to this store for purchases, bike repairs and even bike fittings. I highly recommend them to anyone in and out of the area.
This is the best place to buy bikes in all of south Florida. Nick Vargas and his crew at the NMB store provide the greatest customer service and shopping experience packed with knowledge and understanding of cycling. Pricing is reasonable and competitive with 0 interest financing you can walk in an amateur and walk out a pro with the best equipment in the industry.
