Earlier today I had a pick-up order for parts here. The customer service was stellar as I was greeted with a smile at the door. The employees working the counter were ecstatic and very well organized and efficient! Wade was very helpful in making sure everything was in order, double-triple-checking all of my parts were accounted for, even the little bits! I will definitely be coming back here, thank you!!
Knowledgeable staff, great experience, every time!
They don't warranty parts! bought a used a/c compressors from them failed in 2 weeks called them multiple times only to be told there was no warranty on it after it was installed. Any reputable wrecker has 90 days on all parts. in my opinion they are crooks, never use this business
