Could not recommend more! Switched over to Big Wave and Tyler mid summer and he absolutely dialed in the pool. Has never looked better in the 6 years we have had the pool. I could not be happier. Tyler knows pools and how to take care of them. The office staff is also very professional. Cant go wrong with giving them a call.
Pros: Great communication Listened to what I needed Showed up on time Knowledgeable (learned things no other pool company informed me about) Pricing was great Cons: Just wished I would have called them sooner so I didn’t have to deal with other pool companies not following through.
