Huge open space with the bare minimum of stock. Could be good but falls way short.
Nice store, friendly, helpful staff. But go to the pet area and it smells of pee and shelves regularly have rat droppings. Unhygienic.
This is by far the worst Big W in Australia. I've had multiple encounters in this location that have been absolutely disgraceful. Went in to shop with my mother who is in a wheelchair and was asked to "move out the way as you're blocking the isle" by a staff member. My mum and I were trying on shoes in the designated shoe area... there was plenty of space for people to pass us, the staff member just didn't want to walk around us...
