Not always visit Big W, but surprisingly, this Big W was quite modern and had a fresh look. This Big W opened in November 2024, replaced the former Kmart. It was the newest Big W that I ever visited. I didn't buy anything, so not sure the stock level or variety of products. It looked well illuminated, neat, and clean. There was a security guard (probably outsourced) standing at the checkout exit. He looked very seriously carrying out his job and checked the receipts and customers' bags, so of course, not offering much smile.
Good luck trying to call and speak to someone on the phone with my query ! Had to listen to pre-recorded crap for 5 mins, then I was told I had to wait 20mins for someone to answer ! No good service anymore.
Needs uniforms and longer opening hours please!!
