There is next to no staff at the Port Adelaide store. Try ringing, you can't. Where has the customer service gone - None serve yourself.
Such a big store but there's hardly any stock. The stock that is on the shelf is so messy and disorganised and you can never find a staff member if you need help. Tried to order balloons and got told 'oh we don't have that one so probably just go somewhere else'
