The staff's conduct at the self-checkout was unprofessional. Upon requesting a receipt reprint, the staff member's response was perceived as rude and unaccommodating. The staff member then directed the customer to remove their items from the checkout area in an agitated manner before reprinting the receipt. This behavior is not in line with our customer service standards. We trust that Big W will address this situation seriously.
