Great service and great prices
Was shocked when I walked in to big w today...could not find any staff to help so I walked out empty handed as the only checkouts were self serve and there were only 2 people down there and they were serving on checkouts..I looked around the store for any staff but couldn't find anyone..and when you call you get A I...and that was useless..wont be going there now I will have to go to target instead
How can the store be all self service with only 2 manned registers and no one is ever on those registers. Your expected to do the whole self service checkout your self while you get watched. I don't get paid by big w to scan my items do the whole ordeal my self that's up to big w staff. they get paid to stand around chatting while customers do the whole checkout them self. customers shouldn't do there job while they watch. I'll go to big w Elizabeth for manned checkouts or Kmart or target
