Variety of stuff at a single stop
Security guard seems to be there all the time lately and he is very rude.
Untrained service desk staff, I went to return one jumper which was having all tags on it, today 27/7/25 12:15pm, I was not having physical receipt but everyday rewards have an e-receipt. But service desk staff scan my rewards three time and say cannot return it, bring the receipt. I was so embarrassed. Later on I looked in my rewards login and found the receipt and returned the jumper.
