I had a very troubling experience and do not plan to shop at Big W again and warn others. The service was unsatisfactory and there was little assistance available. With a six-month-old, a five-year-old, and a two-year-old, and a large pickup, there was no direct store phone number, and the loading bay sign stated “customer buzz here for service,” yet staff were unresponsive during business hours.
