I’m extremely disappointed with the way Big W handled my recent online order and the complete lack of customer service throughout the process. At the end of the day, I paid for a soundbar that I never received. That’s the issue that seems to have been overlooked throughout this entire process. Big w menai, visited there recently, bought a usb stick which by the way it was faulty surprise surprise, that not what I'm complaining about it's the attitude of the staff, a female staff member told me to throw it away that they don't refund usb stick, Hello Hello what about the warranty,,,, very disappointed with woolworths Big W.
I bought my work clothes from here.
