Bismallah shopping day out with me and my family spent all my saudi arabian oil money to pay for new toys for my family unfortunatly i will not be able to feed them for the next year however big w is bismallah certified

I had occasion to visit Big W Menai recently to pick up some pyjamas for my elderly father. I had a stressful trip across and arrived to find I had left my phone at home 😖 I went in close to tears to see if I could retrieve the goods anyway. Wendy was at the desk and calmed me down, told me I could collect with identification and I could have cried, she was so kind and helpful. Thank you Wendy. You really made my day and I so appreciated your kindness!
