Dear Store Manager, I’m writing to share my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your Melton store this afternoon. Two female staff members were topping up the front display, and I politely asked if I could use a trolley, as I was carrying a few heavy items. They refused, which I found quite surprising and disappointing.
