Went into Big W Melton on 23 August around 3:50pm and had honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen. And it wasn’t even directed at me, it was at my 7-year-old brother. He walked up to the register all smiles, placed his cotton candy box on the counter and said (literally, word for word), “I’d like this please.” He was polite, quiet, respectful. He even said please. Has all different type brands unlike K-MART.
Very happy with the customer service here..
Did click and collect. Send message when I was 15 minutes away and the still had to wait 30 once I got there and I was the only one there. Wont do click and collect again.
