Always have a nerve wrecking experience at big w🤦....lol , So much to choose from, good quality mens , women's and kids Apparel and accessories, lots of quality Toys and games, confectionery, video games, arts and crafts, small appliances ,kitchen wares, gym equipment, almost everything you need for your pets ,and the list goes on, if you don't find someone you like there's something wrong with you, excellent products, unbeatable prices, 5 stars
I've only had good experience at big w Melton. Hard to find staff on the floor. Service desk has friendly, helpful, and patient staff. Overall, the store is clean, and generally well stocked.
Love coming here. I wish the stock was a bit cleaner, sometimes they don't have all the sizes needed. I do enjoy coming here, the staff are (mostly) very lovely to have a chat with.
Purchased a Playstation 5 Pro. They were busy at the time and understaffed. Paid cash but seems they took cash on the wrong register. Asked if they could refund the full amount on my card and pay again on another register to fix their mistake. I declined.
