5pm 11/04/26 came in for an exchange got our item ready to do the exchange process but not knowing where there 'service desk' is we proceeded to the self check out which there was a young lady there already with an elderly lady helping her check out but arrive to the desk there was already a lady waiting to get help also. therefore the young employee radioed for assistant at the self check area. upon the young champ arriving for the "help" he quickly checked the self check out with only 2 or more checking them selves out wi... read more
I bought a pair of slippers from Big W, but unfortunately, they were too small. I went back to exchange them for a bigger size, but the staff refused because the tag was not attached anymore. I understand the policy, but it was very disappointing as the product was unused and in new condition. This experience left me unhappy with the customer service.
