I bought a pair of slippers from Big W, but unfortunately, they were too small. I went back to exchange them for a bigger size, but the staff refused because the tag was not attached anymore. I understand the policy, but it was very disappointing as the product was unused and in new condition. This experience left me unhappy with the customer service.
