Pretty good.. Everything u would normally expect from Bigw.. Only negative comments would be this.. there is a real lack of staff her now in comparison to 12-24 months ago.. Pretty much turning into a self serve, self help and self price checking type of cuatomer service... And that is only if the customer price checking stations would actually work..
