Buying shirts here or in any BIG W is a scam. I walk into BIG W to buy an oversized shirt, the weigh of the shirt is bigger but the length isn’t longer. This is a problem especially for people who are overweight and don’t want their stomachs showing when they lift their arms INCLUDING young girls who have insecurities about their bodies. I bought an item there and used my rewards card during the transaction. The item shortly thereafter broke and I do mean just fell apart upon opening, I needed to return it. The item was a brand only sold by Big W. I had lost my receipt and even though I had the transaction on my rewards card with a digital receipt, the lady would not return the item. They use EVERY excuse they can to NOT allow refunds or exchanges or even store credit, all of this goes against consumer laws. I found the staff to be difficult and rude. Would ... read more
