I certainly won't be going back to this store ever again, Staff made sure i didn't get the products I wanted and gaslighted me to another area and then helped others. You showed me my money wasn't wanted so message received another customer lost. Seems retail and sales aren't what big w are all about, you must have too much money. Id avoid big w,s and go to kmart where customer service still exists.
Horrible shop. Advertising for products, taking order and payment, then they cancelled order. Customer then has to wait for refund. We will go somewhere else to buy.

Direct to boot I waited at least 10 mins no one came. No one picked up phone call. If it's not going to work then say so don't waste my time. Next time I won't do direct to boot
