Dropped my Telstra mobile phone Went into Big W an assistant helped me buy another one at a price I could afford. It works fantastic. The assistant help is very much appreciated Thank you.

Dropped in to return a couple of items purchased from a different BIG W. All the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful and I was especially impressed by the customer service I received from Chloe at the service counter. She not only processed everything quickly and easily but also went above and beyond in helping with some other questions.
