Appalling customer service and zero corporate accountability. This store mixes identical-looking $7 and $8 dumpling squishy products on the same shelf with no clear tags—a blatant violation of fair pricing. When questioned, a female staff member was extremely hostile, abandoned her post to serve others, and publicly yelled at me, aggressively slamming the price sheet onto the self-checkout machine before storming off. Ordered some hotwheels online, received a pack that was just the completely wrong and I also ordered two, 2 pack hot wheels which are assorted which is fine but why would you think I would want 2 of the exact same packs!? Honestly, whoever at Doncaster packed my online order must have been high because I'm not sure what was going through their head
The customer service during checkout was not very good. (6:23pm, June 28 2026)One of the items showed ‘Item Not Found’ when scanned, but the staff didn’t even try to manually check the price. I also overheard her saying, ‘They are not listening,’ to one of her co-workers, which came across as unprofessional. I hope the staff can be more attentive and provide better customer service in the future.
