I was trying to buy a singular item from the Beauty/Health section, for which there is a clear sign saying to pay for this section’s item at this specific counter. Waited over 10 minutes with no staff member present, went to get a different staff member who said he’d call for someone to man the till, then 15 minutes later still no staff. I lost my patience and just paid at the self-service tills. If there was going to be a sign asking for payment at a specific till it should at least be staffed.
Big W Doncaster doesn't allow you to speak to a sales person to make certain a product is in store. The web page said the item was available so l traveled out of my way only to find out it wasn't. Shame on you Big W, a computer is not customer service. I won't bother with your store anymore.
