Riley who does the pokemon drops is always super friendly and knowledgeable whenever I come in! I was able to pick up the new set today for my son,he is thrilled.
It's a typical Big W store. While it looks clean, on closer inspection there a products on the floor under the fixtures and trying to find staff to assist is hard to find.
I do not recommend buying Samsung phones from here. I purchased this online and tried to leave a review on their page, but could not find the option. The phone is an international model, and some apps are not supported in Australia, which feels misleading for Australian customers. Please read the 1-star reviews before purchasing. I am unsure how some 5-star reviews were given.
Clean tidy store. Customer service is good when you can find someone to help you. Good stock. I can always find something to buy.
