Went in again today 23/2/26 and service excellence was shown by Tom at the self serve checkout. Thanks for your help. Very happy and pleased with the service provided at Big W. Found what I wanted very easily
No one in checkout and a rude lady that self checkout that didn't want to help get the security tag off. Said I needed to pay so I paid and she walked off without removing tag. I had to get her again. Customer service every where not just here is getting atrocious. Sorry for the review but we need to stand up.
