Staff is always friendly and store quite neat
Friendly staff and just go their to buy treats for my pet they got paw freezy brand for fraction of the price out in pet stores
The rudest staff i have ever met in Big W. At around 12:20pm today, I saw two sweaters was mistakenly put on clearance area and I was discussing about it with another customer in the store. There’s a staff with Brown hair jumped in and told us it is not on clearance and said: Give it to me. And took the sweater in my hand. Oh my gosh, i have never encountered such rude and bossy staff in Perth
