The lady at customer service desk behaved terribly. She didn't greet "Hi" or "How can I help you". I asked for a pickup item but it was not ready yet. She said if I would like to speed it up, I should cancel my order and went to the shelf to collect it myself. I did as she said. It was gonna take 48 hours to get a confirmation and refund. For the man that is now on the front desk I want to tell you that you could've just told me where to go doesn't need that kind of reaction from you. I just got mixed up between the service desk and the front desk . You raised your hands before I even got the chance to be close to the desk and you pointed on your arm . All that for a simple question you could have answered doesn't need all that defence and gestures. A costumer service staff that is frightened of a customer . Wow
