Bought some party balloons but the party section was already closed, before 12.30pm, which was the closing time. Unhelpful management; doesn't care about customer service. Manager needs some training. Went to party go instead, which was just a few shops away. We'll be taking our business there henceforth. No more BigW. KMart is way better.
Really terrible customer service and staff attitude. Especially DO NOT BUY BIKES from this branch because the bike which they took 2 weeks to assemble it only lasted for 2 days. If you are going to buy a bike here, you are just wasting your money and time. They will say warranty and other marketing traps but you will get nothing in reality. POOR SERVICE and SHAME ON YOU. Just close the shop if you can't even deliver the bare minimum service.
When lining up for products, store employees/ manager wasn’t enforcing the one per family rule. Selling multiple items to one family, manager got called out and was speechless didn’t know how to explain why a family of 6 got one product each. People did raise objections to the manager why the rule wasn’t being enforced from the employees at service desk. Very selective on who they bend the one per family rule for. That Asian old dude in the toy aisle is a joke. Preventing customers from buying toys and walking away halfway through restocking? If you're gonna run a shop like this, just close the damn store.
