I purchased 2 pool umbrellas with base from Big W app. Upon receiving them via delivery, they were missing the bases. I went into BW Bankstown to see how I can fix this matter and I was advised that these were third-party purchases and had nothing to do with Big W as these were Market place goods. They were very unhelpful and said there is nothing they can do. I had to Email and wait for a reply. I asked to speak to the manager, but she was not there and he could only speak to her on the phone and she was also very unhelpful... read more
Asked for PS5 at Tech Counter. Staff disappeared the waited for 16minutes...no one to be seen...then left the store.
