I gave this company a 5 start review as I was collecting my vehicle as they asked me whether I was willing to leave a review immediately. I wish I hadn't as i've just contacted them again to say I wanted my contact details for my free 6 months breakdown cover. They said I had needed to activate it within a week of purchase and that this could not be done retrospectively and they said I had electronically signed all documents to say I understood the t and cs. I would give a generous 3 stars for this place! 1 star in the quality of vehicle, that i experienced first hand. 4 star for the service I received in getting a refund, although I didnt exactly give them an option. The vehicle I purchased was only 5 years old and seemed great on the test drive. When I purchased it and drove home I immediately noticed faults in the car, and once I got home I could not reverse it into the drive way.
