They get the job done
I can't say enough good about this company. Great service and a very fair price. At a stressed time they did everything they could to help. A special thanks to Lucas who was taking my constant calls and texts and offering great advice.. if I ever need their services again, Big Valley will be my first call. Thank you!
My experience was very positive. My septic tank needed to be pumped, and everyone at Big Valley Sanitation was polite and professional. They kept me informed of the driver's arrival time, and the driver, Raul, did a great job pumping out the tank.
Great field crew and drivers. Office manager is horrible. He refused to send anyone out for a retest on a septic for 22 days to be exact. He told me at least 7 times he’d call me back and reschedule, never did. He said he’d come out and do it himself. He never did. He told realtor it wasn’t worth their time for the $75 fee which they also told us it would be. Finally called them again and only got the retest because they had someone driving by…the cost went up to $175. Apparently that is the fee they add on for not doing the... read more
Big Valley San went out of their way to help my family! They were the only reliable team in the area. The service was friendly and when they heard my situation they made it a priority to help us. The price of service was also much more reasonable compared to other organizations. I can not praise Lucas and his team enough. Thank you for what you do. If I run into you guys down the road beer is on me!
