We called to have our septic tank pumped and when they pulled the small lid off it was covered with a thick layer of roots. They were able to pull the 2nd lid and pump that side. They told us we needed to call a contractor to come in and dig up the main lid to remove the thick layer of roots. They gave us the Andy from RAS Contractors. RAS came out the next day and found our septic tank did not have a lid (it was installed in 1959) so they had to remove the roots by hand. My family had trusted them for years. Be careful with this company. Where once O was impressed with their customer service, something had drastically changed. They are abusing us as customers. They claim we damaged a very small(easily repaired) part of a unit. They got mad, and stopped our service. Our 2 units are beyond usable and becoming a health hazard because they haven’t serviced us in 2 weeks. For these reasons, and more, I feel compelled to hold them accountable
