Quite honestly the best place you can stay in Shepparton at a great price.. Basically the quality of a room that would normally be much more expensive.. If in doubt, take this place..!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ( very friendly people )

Just arrived in Shepparton and almost ended up without a place to stay, so I was a bit scared. But after coming here, the owner welcomed me with a glass of milk, which felt really warm. The room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. Really grateful this place is great.

Stayed here for one night last week. We will never return. The grounds are overgrown with weeds, the rooms badly need some attention, shower full of mould and the door couldn't close. Pillows were like concrete. Many of the rooms were occupied by interstate workers who stayed up drinking outside. The room next to us had a woman who was just released from a month's stay in a psychiatric hospital, who thought it was ok to sit outside to talk on her phone until 1am, therefore we had little sleep! Disgusting, filthy, easily the worst place I have been. Would not let my dog sleep there!!!
