It’s sad that Big Valley Ford is no longer selling Lincolns, but at least the Lincoln Parts & Service have continued, which is alright! Great brand and dealership. We will remember that Big Valley Ford used to sell Lincolns
If you love bringing your brand new $80k car an hour and a half to fix 4 stupid issues and having them give it back after over a week with nothing fixed cuz they "couldn't recreate the problem" even though you gave them video showing it happening this is your place. Absolutely ridiculous service. Could not be more unhappy.
I have had the worst service here. I own a Lincoln and have tried to get through the rude operator multiple times. So rude and they never did get me through to a person. This has happened on multiple occasions.
Everytime I've been here they have always been rude! I'd never come here again
Angelo was awesome! The whole dealership was fantastic. Honest pricing, honest guys, and made the whole trip very easy. Spent 6 hours at a different Lincoln dealership and felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Called Lincoln told them the price I wanted and they said yes, come down and we will make it happen. I drove from Sacramento, and I'm glad I did! They kept true to their word!! Couldn't recommend Angelo and the guys at Big Valley Lincoln more! Love my new 2024 Nautilus !
