I recently used Big Valley for a hot water tank replacement. Both the woman I spoke to in the office and the technician (Nick) were responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Nick was efficient during the installation, took pride in his work and even offered to put my closet doors back on for me. Great service all around, much appreciated.

Big Valley delivered on quality, service, and professionalism. We needed a line for natural gas to run from our meter to our back deck. Their team, from start to finish, was wonderful to deal with and the work completed was first class. Absolutely we recommend Big Valley Heating & Sheet Metal.

We have used Big Valley since we moved into our house in 2002. They have always been responsive, efficient, respectful, and willing to answer questions. We were having our furnace serviced and while doing the work Paul noticed our hot water heater had water pooled under it. He quickly diagnosed the problem, recommended a fix, and gave an idea of what it might cost. He gave me the time to decide if I wanted Big Valley to fix it or get other quotes. I would highly recommend Big Valley Heating. The technician serviced our furnace and showed me how to change the filter. While doing this he noticed water in the tray for our hot water heater and suggested what could be the issue. He let me know how often the filter should be changed and the furnace serviced. He was kind, calm, and willing to help me learn the basics at a time I really needed it. We have used Big Valley in the past and always receive professional, caring and high quality service.
