3 years ago the other guys told me I needed a new furnace. Noisy, 19 yrs old but still working. Today (03/12/25) Big Valley actually fixed it, quiet and clean. I’ve done business back and forth for 20 years but this time Nick fixed it. I’ll still need a new one but not til this one breaks. I know where I’ll buy a new one. I recently had the pleasure of using Big Valley Heating for a furnace repair, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received!! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They quickly set up a time for a technician to come out and assess the issue. Once again, Big Valley saved the day! Our furnace stopped working (wasn't distributing heat). Lana in the office took my call and was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. She added me to a cancelation list and I got a call back within hours (unfortunately I had to go out at that time but I appreciate the effort made to accommodate their customers).
