What a pleasure to deal with! From the initial over the phone inquiry with Taylor to purchase a replacement gas fireplace to completion was stress free and the best price. Wes and Luke were wonderful to have in my home for the installation. Val finished off the unit with a custom face plate that didn’t involve all the tiles being compromised. Thank you Reese for your dedication to your customers. Can’t recommend you all enough!
After 35 years our AC finally bit the dust, so in came Wes and Luke from Big Valley to the rescue. They pretty much had to replace the entire system and it is now working like a hot damn, or should I say a "cold damn". So nice to have the AC back up and running especially with the hotter the normal summer predicted. Wes and Luke obviously take tremendous pride in their workmanship and it shows. Their work is neat and tidy and 1st class all the way ...excellent job guys, thanks again!
Needed to help my elderly mother have a new water heater installed as well as a furnace gas leak repair. Big Valley came through big time, the service was professional and done in a timely manner. My mother is extremely happy with the professionalism of the technicians that did the work. Definitely recommend Big Valley Heating.
Kaelen came out to finish an A/C job that we started but couldn’t complete. Having to come onto a job that you didn’t start is not an easy thing, but Kaelen was able to make sense of it all and we now have a heating and cooling unit that works perfectly!
