A big shout out to Brett for being "on the money" with the repair of our gas fire place. A few of us thought we had the problem all figured out prior, but he brought all of the necessary parts with him in the event that we were wrong, and we were wrong. Let me just say that over the course of 35 yrs dealing with Big Valley, their guys know what the hell they are doing!!!
My furnace stopped working and Greg was kind enough to give me a call and walk me through the steps of firing it back up! Only took less than 5 minutes and saved me a service call! Very professional and highly recommended! Great job! Kristin

Nick, our technician, was very honest, friendly and did a fantastic job. Taylor, in the front office, was very polite, helpful and always kept us up to date - great communication. Big Valley was even kind enough to prioritize us, due to no heat, and squeeze us in quickly. Their pricing is also very fair. We will be recommending Big Valley Heating to all!
Super happy with the service and refresh of my gas fireplace
Has been my go to for heat pumps and hot water tanks for 20yrs. They always complete the job correctly the first time. Their pricing is fair and in line with all the other quotes I received for my latest hot water heater. You won't find them first on a google search as they don't need to advertise around here. Everyone knows who they are. Highly recommend Big Valley!
