I called at 8am, and my door was fixed by 9:30am. Highly recommended!
We were having issues with our garage door and our property managers sent Big Valley for the repairs. The scheduled appointment was right on time, the issue was resolved after a complete inspection of all equipment and all done with a kind and professional manner. 10 stars!!!!
Jeremy serviced my garage door with as much care as if he was working on his own garage door. In addition to what he was there to fix, he also addressed various other problems as a result of the previous installer's error at no additional cost. Very grateful for Jeremy's help and I will be contacting him again if I have any future issues that arise.
