Great experience and good deals on my purchase
I try not to leave negative reviews but this place is deserving of it. Second oil change on F250 superduty I get home and the oil change indicator is now on. About an hour later I missed a call from Calvin the service manager asking me to give them a 5 star review. I called back and left him a message advising I’m not sure the oil was even changed because the oil change light is on and to call me back. Never heard back. I rated a 5 stars because I drove from Auburn to Stockton, the car was exactly as the manager described over the phone. Izzy went through all the steps efficiently and I proudly drove my "new" car home.
Excellent experience. Car was detailed and waiting in the shade for me. Finance was perfect and Mike Romero did a fantastic job making it all work.
