Ease of moving in. Easy to pay and access my belongings 24/7. Well secured and climate controlled. Clean facility and well maintained.
Issues with making payment for months. I login in online it it says, "No unit at this location". Then you call them it just rings or you are on hold for an hour. I have been calling them for weeks no answer. Ask to speak to manager he was so rude. Don't rent here!!!!
The application transactions was easy and approved online. Access to the storage place was simple doing by phone. I would recommend this place when choosing a storage facility around the Spring Branch area. JG
